Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or false order activity.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders or misuse of the COD service may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by LIVIST Fragrances are estimated timelines.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Products with an opened, removed, broken, or tampered seal are not eligible for return or refund.

Returned products will be inspected by LIVIST Fragrances. Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product successfully passes our inspection and quality check.

Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where the customer chooses to return an eligible product.

For verified products received damaged during delivery, a replacement will be initiated in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Fragrances are subjective and may smell or perform differently depending on individual perception, environment, application, and other factors.

A customer disliking a fragrance, fragrance note, or scent profile does not automatically make the product defective or damaged.

Customers are encouraged to review available product descriptions and fragrance notes before purchasing.

Customers must use LIVIST Fragrances products responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.

Products are intended for their stated purpose only.

Customers should discontinue use if they experience irritation or an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

LIVIST Fragrances is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
